As you all know, we have lot to learn from our parents / grand parents because they have lot of experiences on our life / human body functioning / educations etc. I have learn few trips and tricks from my parents / grand parents, infact you can find these from google / many sites either but the only but we need to understand whether we are following it or not.
It is always good to follow & learn form your parents / grand parents to stay and keep healthy. So, with respect to the same, i am put some tips and tricks below for your reference which can inspire few kids will bring happiness to me.

Start your day drinking glass of luke warm water with empty stomach will keep you healthy, this can cure headache, body pains, constipation etc.
Sucking a piece of Laung (clove) after meal helps in reducing acidity problem.
Daily 10 - 15 minutes early in the morning looking at during sun is rising (not after sun rise) without eye blink will improve your eye site and healthy.
Take a teaspoon of table salt, pinch of haldi (turmeric) and mix with a glass of hot water. Gargling 3 - 4 times a day is helpful in giving relief to throat irritation.
A mixture of ginger juice & honey (warmed), if taken before going to bed brings great relief to sever cough.
A mixture of carom seeds (Ajwain) ,a pinch of black salt & a few drops of lemon taken with Luke warm water , provides relief to stomach ache. (Don't Chew, swallow this mixture)
A flake of garlic swallowed with water taken empty stomach daily in the morning can be helpful in solving many stomach & gastric problems.
A 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder in a cup of hot milk can bring relief in cuts, wounds, cold & Coughs.
Biting a clove provides relief in toothache.
One or two drops of Eucalyptus oil in hanky works as a good inhaler during running nose. A few drops of Eucalyptus oil if added to hot water, its steam provides relief during cold.
Zero / Low Carbs diet will help you reduce your weight alot. i.e. daily intake of only 20 - 30 grams of Carbs in yur daily food will + 30 mins walk / exercise will burn your fat and in 3 months you willd reduce your weight alot. - MY father reduced his 15 Kgs weight in 3 months.
Eat fresh fruits daily before breakfast with empty stomach will
To remove bad breath chew Eliachi (green cardamom)/ Sanuf (fennel)/Laung (Cloves) so as to removes strong odors.
Soak seven almonds in water overnight. Remove the skin and boil it with a glass of milk and sugar. Repeat this for 20-25 days. It helps in enhancing memory. Even chewing 7 almonds daily also helps
Soak mint leaves in a jug of water and soak it for 4 to 5 hours and drink those water every half an hour will keeps you healthy. - May help Relieve Indigestion, could Improve Brain Function.
Daily morning drinking lemon water - good source of vitamin c, support weight loss, improves skin quality, improves digestion problem, boost immune system, freshness in breathing,. - one glass of luke warm water with one lemon squeeze + 1 table spoon honey.
Daily drinking jeera / cumin water - All you need to do is boil 1 table spoon of seeds of jeera (cumin) in water, then allow it to cool and drink it early in the morning on an empty stomach.
Note - every week you can plan pone day with lemon water , another day with jeera (cumin) water / one day with cucumber water and continue this every week. After drinking this post 30/45 minutes you can have a bowl of fresh seasonal fruits daily before breakfast will keep your body fit and glow.
